usnats_seth_besse Seth Besse (USA - 64) - 2007 US National Champion in both Slalom and Course Racing Seth is back to defend the title he won in San Francisco Bay that year. usnats_al_mirel Al Mirel (USA - 882) - Top Bay Area amateur Al Mirel is also a principal part of the F4 Fin Company. Al has won countless local regattas including the St Francis Yacht Club Windsurfing Season Series.
